We welcome you to order side of pork ahead of time so that you may choose the cuts of meat that you'd like.
When ready, your side of pork can be picked up right here at the farm or we can bring them to the farmers' market closest to you.
You will recieve the meat in packaging identical to what you would purchase from us at market. The price includes all wrapping, freezing and any smoking.
We recommend trying a few different kinds of our sausage before purchasing a 1/2 in order to ensure that you end up with the kind you like best!
