| Free Range Eggs |
We have a mix of Buff Orpintons and Araucana hens. The Buff Orpintons
have pleasant personalities and lay nice large brown eggs. The Araucana
hens lay blue, green, and sometimes pink eggs. Their eggs are known for
having higher levels of Omega III fatty acid. Our hens roam the entire farm
as they enjoy both their conventional grain and a large array of bugs and
grasses. These chickens have been raised without the use of antibiotics.
Much like grassfed beef, eggs from free range chickens have been shown to
be high in Omega III fatty acid. They also have a brilliant yellow yolk!
Both of our children enjoy collecting the eggs. We hope you enjoy the fresh
